Naithalloormannil Vadakkekkara Chandy of Naithalloormannil, the eldest son of Thomas Mathen took up residence at Naithalloormannil and married from Chellathu family of Chengaroor and had two daughters and three sons. The eldest daughter was married into Kuriadath family of Mazhukeer. The second daughter was married into Thuruthimeprathu family of Pariyaram. All the three sons Thomas Chandy, Chandy Thomas (Naithalloormannil Valia Ashan of Kannamala), and Eapen (of Valuparambil) all continued their education under the wings of their parents. Naithalloormannil Valia Ashan's son Kannamala Kuncheriah married Kunjamma daughter of Thomas from Panickamuriyil family ( branch of Modayil family) and settled down in Mallappally.
Naithalloormannil NM Brothers Varghese of Tharamannil the second son of Thomas Mathen settled down in Tharamannil and married from Malayil family of Kaviyoor Thottabhagom. He had two sons, and lost his wife early. Soon after the elder son and then Varghese himself passed away leaving behind two year old Varghese Mathai. He was well taken care of by Mathen Thomas of Kavanakuzhiyil. Varghese Mathai grew into a strong self supporting young man, married Kochumaria of Valumannil and settled down at Naithalloormannil Kochupurackal.
Kavanakuzhiyil Mathen Thomas of Kavanakuzhiyil the third son Thomas Mathen settled down in Kavanakuzhiyil and married from Karakkal family. He had two sons and three daughters. Elder son Thomas Kavanakuzhiyil married Aleyamma of Venaat family of Pariyaram. The younger son Cherian Kavanakuzhiyil married Kochualiyamma of Melukarayil Ammanath family of Kozhencherry.
Thomas of Plammoottil (പ്ലാമ്മൂട്ടിൽ തോമസ്) the fourth son of Thomas Mathen stayed back with his father at Plammoottil and later on took charge of the Plammoottil Kalari upon the sad demise of his younger brother Chacko Ashan?. Thomas and his wife had four sons, all moved from Kallooppara to Madappally near Changanacherry. Later on two sons, Itty Ipe and Varghese settled down in Madappally and other two sons Chacko and Thomas (Kochupadeshi) returned to Kallooppara.
Chacko Ashan of Plammoottil(പ്ലാമ്മൂട്ടിൽ ചാക്കോ ആശാൻ) - The fifth and youngest son of Thomas Ashan stayed at Plammoottil and up the leadership of the Kalari as Chacko Ashan. He remained a bachelor for life.

നെയ്തല്ലൂർമണ്ണിൽ ചാണ്ടി: തോമസ് മാത്തന്റെ മൂത്തമകൻ നെയ്തല്ലൂർമണ്ണിൽ താമസിക്കുകയും ചെങ്ങരൂർ ചെല്ലത്തുകുടുംബത്തിൽ നിന്ന് വിവാഹം കഴിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. രണ്ട് പെൺമക്കളും മൂന്ന് ആൺമക്കളുമുണ്ടായി. മൂത്ത മകൾ മഴുക്കീർ കുരിയാടത്ത് കുടുംബത്തിൽ വിവാഹിതയായി. രണ്ടാമത്തെ മകൾ പരിയാരത്തെ തുരുത്തിമേപ്രത്ത് കുടുംബത്തിൽ വിവാഹിതയായി. മൂന്ന് പുത്രന്മാരായ തോമസ് ചാണ്ടി, ചാണ്ടി തോമസ് (കണ്ണമല) നൈതല്ലൂർമണ്ണിൽ വലിയ ആശാൻ), ഈപ്പൻ (വാലുപറമ്പിൽ) എന്നിവരും മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ ചിറകിൽ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം തുടർന്നു. നെയ്തല്ലൂർമണ്ണിൽ വലിയ ആശാന്റെ മകൻ കണ്ണമല കുഞ്ചെറിയ പണിക്കമുറിയിൽ (മോടയിൽ കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ ശാഖ) തോമസിന്റെ മകൾ കുഞ്ഞമ്മയെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ച് മല്ലപ്പള്ളിയിൽ താമസമാക്കി.
നെയ്തല്ലൂർമണ്ണിൽ എൻ.എം സഹോദരങ്ങൾ
തറമണ്ണിൽ വർഗീസ്: തോമസ് മാത്തന്റെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ മകൻ കവിയൂർ തോട്ടഭാഗം മലയിൽ കുടുംബത്തിൽ നിന്ന് വിവാഹം കഴിച്ച് തറമണ്ണിൽ സ്ഥിരതാമസമാക്കി. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് രണ്ട് ആൺമക്കളുണ്ടായിരുന്നു, ഭാര്യയെ നേരത്തെ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. താമസിയാതെ മൂത്ത മകനും പിന്നീട് വർഗീസും മരിച്ചു. രണ്ട് വയസ്സുള്ള പുത്രൻ വർഗീസ് മത്തായി മാത്രം അവശേഷിച്ചു. കാവനാകുഴിയിൽ മാത്തൻ തോമസ് അദ്ദേഹത്തെ നന്നായി പരിപാലിച്ചു. വർഗീസ് മത്തായി ശക്തനായ ഒരു യുവാവായി വളർന്നു, വാലുമണ്ണിൽ കൊച്ചുമറിയയെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ച് നെയ്തല്ലൂർമണ്ണിൽ കൊച്ചുപുരയിൽ സ്ഥിരതാമസമാക്കി.
കാവനാകുഴിയിൽ
കാവനാകുഴിയിൽ മാത്തൻ തോമസ്: മൂന്നാമത്തെ മകൻ മാത്തൻ തോമസ് കാവനാകുഴിയിൽ സ്ഥിരതാമസമാക്കി, കാരക്കൽ കുടുംബത്തിൽ നിന്ന് വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് രണ്ട് ആൺമക്കളും മൂന്ന് പെൺമക്കളുമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. മൂത്തമകൻ തോമസ് കാവനാകുഴിയിൽ പരിയാരം വേണാട്ട് കുടുംബത്തിലെ ഏലിയാമ്മയെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചു. ഇളയമകൻ ചെറിയാൻ കാവനാകുഴിയിൽ കോഴഞ്ചേരി മേലുകരയിൽ അമ്മാനത്ത് കുടുംബത്തിലെ കൊച്ചേലിയാമ്മയെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചു.
പ്ലാമ്മൂട്ടിൽ തോമസ്:
തോമസ് മാത്തന്റെ നാലാമത്തെ മകൻ പ്ലാമൂട്ടിൽ തോമസ് പിതാവിനൊപ്പം പ്ലാമൂട്ടിൽ താമസിച്ചു, പിന്നീട് ഇളയ സഹോദരൻ ചാക്കോ ആശാന്റെ ദുഃഖകരമായ വിയോഗത്തെത്തുടർന്ന് പ്ലാമൂട്ടിൽ കളരിയുടെ ചുമതല ഏറ്റെടുത്തു. തോമസിനും ഭാര്യയ്ക്കും നാല് ആൺമക്കളുണ്ടായിരുന്നു, എല്ലാവരും കല്ലൂപ്പാറയിൽ നിന്ന് ചങ്ങനാശേരിക്കടുത്തുള്ള മടപ്പള്ളിയിലേക്ക് താമസം മാറ്റി. പിന്നീട് രണ്ട് മക്കളായ ഇട്ടി ഐപ്പും വർഗീസും മാടപ്പള്ളിയിലും മറ്റ് രണ്ട് മക്കളായ ചാക്കോയും തോമസും (കൊച്ചുപദേശി) കല്ലൂപ്പാറയിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങി.
പ്ലാമ്മൂട്ടിൽ ചാക്കോ ആശാൻ:
തോമസ് ആശാന്റെ അഞ്ചാമത്തെയും ഇളയ മകനും ആയ ചാക്കോ ആശാൻ പ്ലാമ്മൂട്ടിൽ താമസിച്ച് കളരിയുടെ നേതൃത്വം വഹിച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹം ജീവിതകാലം മുഴുവൻ അവിവാഹിതനായി തുടർന്നു.
